Buying fuel is part of the mundane bit of motoring, marketing new cars never starts off with the putting fuel in. Unfortunately I was low on fuel at an awkward time of day (around 11:00 pm) when most sensible garages have gone home to bed and most sensible motorists have filled up and gone home. The only garage open within a fumes distance was this one.
I have to say the experience was ..........just like any other fill up, but later than normal and under the glare of extremely bright forecourt lights. The pumps didn't do pay at pump so I had to interact with another human being who turned out to be rather nice and pointed out I could buy four Mars bars for a pound (special offer) which I did.
In summary though, altogether average, in a normal way.
