from a very demanding job, to go part time.
About 9 years ago I had to give up running after 25 years during which time I was very fit. Latterly, I have had to content myself with walking regularly (which I enjoy) and weekend cycling ( which I also enjoy). On retirement and at my 68th birthday I decided to get fit again and that is where Michael came in.
Being unfamiliar with and somewhat fearful of, gyms and all that goes with the current fitness fascination, I can honestly say that after 18 months of sessions with Michael as my fitness coach I have a more positive attitude to and have benefitted enormously from, the regime Michael has implemented for me.
